Local Cooperation
Supporting local business growth and newcomer integration
We support small business establishment and local market entry in Northern Ontario by providing practical incubation and settlement support for Asian newcomers. Our programs focus on early-stage business development, community integration, and local capacity building through mentorship, networking, and collaboration with local institutions. By connecting entrepreneurs with resources, partners, and local ecosystems, we help foster inclusive and sustainable community growth.
Investment Cooperation
Facilitating cross-border investment and industrial collaboration
We provide a platform connecting businesses from Northern Ontario and China （as well as Asian regions） through trade fairs, exhibitions, and investment forums. By showcasing regional strengths and project-ready opportunities, we aim to attract cross-border investment, support enterprise expansion, and promote long-term bilateral cooperation in manufacturing, equipment, and industrial development.
Employment Cooperation
Bridging international talent with local workforce needs
This program supports newcomers, international students, and job seekers in navigating the Canadian labour market. Through employer connections, workforce integration initiatives, and career pathway support, we help align skilled talent with local industry needs while promoting inclusive employment and sustainable workforce development in Northern Ontario.
Cultural Cooperation
Advancing cultural exchange and people-to-people connection
We organize cultural events, exhibitions, and exchange programs that bring together artists, performers, and institutions from Northern Ontario and international partners. Through arts, education, and community-based initiatives, we promote cross-cultural understanding, strengthen cultural industries, and support long-term international collaboration.

NOECCF Chamber was honoured to participate in the Magnetic Conference, contributing to discussions on strategies for attracting, retaining, and integrating newcomers and skilled talent in Northern Ontario, with a focus on workforce development and inclusive economic growth.
The Chamber’s participation emphasized workforce development and inclusive economic growth, while supporting Canada–China talent recognition and mutual trust, and promoting the long-term retention and diversified development of Chinese talent across Northern Ontario.
NOECCF Chamber was honoured to participate in the international health-industry forum themed on the homology of food and medicine, engaging with global stakeholders to explore emerging opportunities in the wellness and health sectors.
Through this engagement, the Chamber represented Northern Ontario in dialogues on cross-border health-industry collaboration, with a focus on introducing advanced wellness models, senior-care innovations, and health products, while fostering sustainable, two-way industrial growth between Canada and China.
