Role Overview

Responsible for regional market development, customer acquisition, and service conversion for YourCareHome’s medical, senior care, and travel services within the assigned province or region.

This is a front-line business role that directly supports revenue generation, partner coordination, and local market expansion.

Recruitment Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, regional operations, or related roles

Core Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Clearly and professionally present high-value medical, senior care, and healthcare travel services to potential clients

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including ongoing follow-up and service coordination

  • Collaborate closely with product, content, and customer support teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a results-oriented mindset with strong accountability for regional targets

  • Represent the platform in regional outreach, business promotion, and partnership discussions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-ticket services, cross-border services, or membership-based platforms

  • Familiarity with local communities, healthcare-related networks, or travel resources

  • Professional working proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an asset
