Platform & Product Lead (UX/UI / Design)
Role Overview
Leads the overall product design and user experience of the YourCareHome platform, ensuring complex medical, senior care, and travel services are presented in a clear, credible, and highly accessible manner.
This role is responsible for building a trusted, service-oriented platform experience, drawing on best practices from leading online travel platforms while adapting them to healthcare and senior care use cases.
Recruitment Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related discipline

3–5 years of experience in platform or product design (web and/or mobile)

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
Core Responsibilities & Competencies

Translate complex medical, senior care, and travel service workflows into intuitive, user-friendly journeys

Conduct user research, develop personas, and design information architecture suitable for high-trust services

Design user experiences aligned with established online travel platform patterns (e.g. booking flows, service comparison, itinerary views), adapted to healthcare and senior care contexts

Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, customer support, and sales teams to ensure design feasibility and service consistency

Support the integration and optimization of CRM systems to enhance user management, service tracking, and customer experience

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility, and trust-building interface design
Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing platforms in travel, healthcare, senior services, or other high-compliance industries

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer lifecycle design (lead tracking, service status, follow-up workflows)

Experience designing multilingual and cross-cultural platforms

Understanding of senior-friendly and accessibility-focused design principles
